Wilja’s vision of creating functional fine art in the form of couture lighting and chan-deliers has been realized via Decadence.
Her unique pieces are the product of 8 years professional experience, and a Fine Arts degree majoring in sculpture at Stellenbosch University.

The unique beauty of Wilja’s work has firmly established her commercial venture, Decadence, as a trendsetter in the industry.

Wilja’s work has featured in Conde Naste, Visi, House and Garden, Elle, House and Leisure and Fair Lady. She has appeared on Top Billing and Pasella, and is a regular exhibitor at Decorex and Rooms on View.

Her work graces the homes of international celebrities, and is a feature of the décor of top hotels, guest houses and clubs across South Africa.
